Why Join BYO

BYO is ideal for talented musicians eager to:

• join an outstanding full symphonic youth orchestra,
• be part of a chamber ensemble group with its own
  professional coach,
• attend a season-opening weekend retreat at
  Cazadero Performing Arts Camp,
• optionally participate in our annual Concerto
  Competition for selection as a featured soloist with the full orchestra.
• rehearse and perform in a state-of-the art theater with practice rooms
• receive high school or college credit for your participation

Students typically are in grades 5-10s, participate in a school music program, if available, and engage in private lessons. Financial aid is available to qualifying applicants.
